PURPOSE & VISION

This Health & Wellness Fair exists to serve the community with Christ-centered compassion by addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual health needs. The goal is to remove barriers to care for uninsured and unhoused, connect families to trusted resources, and build long-term community relationships.

Attendance Goal: 500–600 (Community + GCBC)


2. EVENT STRUCTURE (HIGH LEVEL)

Event Flow Style – Come & Go:
The Health & Wellness Fair operates as a come-and-go event. Attendees may arrive at any time during event hours, visit services in any order, and stay as long as needed. There is no required start time or fixed sequence, allowing families and individuals flexibility while ensuring steady flow throughout the day.

  • Genesis Room: Main Stage ONLY (programming, panels, demos)
  • Foyer: Registration + Farmer’s Market (fresh produce only)
  • 100 Hall: Clinical & private services (quiet)
  • 200 Hall: High-traffic screenings, services, Kids Zone (end room)
  • 300 Hall: Wellness, Education & Community
  • 400 Hall: PraiseMoves Open House (Room 410)
  • Outdoor: Food trucks, VFW tent (15×10), Fire Truck Tours, Hot 2100 Radio
